Deskripsi

ALL LEVELS

A focused practice dedicated to exploring Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand), building the strength, stability, and confidence to turn your world upside down. Through a step-by-step approach, we'll work on shoulder strength, core engagement, balance, and body awareness while understanding the foundations of the pose.
A space to explore your limits, embrace the process, and learn that finding balance is not about getting it perfect, but about showing up, trusting yourself, and growing one step at a time.
