Deskripsi

ALL LEVELS

A slow and intentional practice to create space in the hips, soften deep-held tension, and reconnect with the body through breath and mindful movement.

We’ll move through a fluid sequence of grounding postures, gentle stretches, and deeper hip openers, allowing the body to gradually release without force. This practice is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeper, and listen inward.

As the hips soften, we create more than physical space — we create room to let go, to feel, and to simply be.
